How long do braids take?
It depends on the style and length. Box braids, for example, take 4 to 6 hours. Each service's duration shows before you confirm.
Do I need to bring the braiding hair?
It depends on the service. When you book, it shows whether the hair is included or you bring it.
What is the deposit for?
Braids, relaxer, highlights, microblading and gel nails need a R$ 50 deposit by Pix. It secures your time and is deducted on the day. If you miss or cancel, it isn't refunded.
What if I need to cancel?
When you book you get a personal link. With it you can reschedule or cancel yourself, up to 24h before. Closer to the time, just message the salon on WhatsApp.
